Dr. Michael Lischke
Dr. Michael Lischke is a 26-year veteran administrator and educator at Wake Forest University School of Medicine – holding the titles of Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education, Richard Janeway MD Distinguished Director of Northwest Area Health Education Center, Associate Professor Family & Community Medicine, and Adjunct Professor in the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity. Dr. Lischke earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Masters of Public Health in Policy and Administration at Emory University and his Doctor of Education degree in Educational Administration from Temple University. In his spare time, Dr. Lischke enjoys cooking, exercising and family time. Above all other responsibilities, Dr. Lischke and his spouse, Dr. Aimee Lischke, a family physician in Winston Salem, focus on their four children –Andrew (21), Cameron (18), Nadia (15), and Merry (8).
