  Monday, 8am – 6pm
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm
• Wadesboro Office
  Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30 pm

Eligibility guidelines:

• Must not have any prescription insurance coverage
• Fall at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Must reside in the following counties: Union, Anson, Stanly, Chesterfield or Lancaster County
• Will also assist Seniors with Medicare Part D when they fall in the catastrophic coverage gap.
