  • Fridays: 8:30 am – 12 p.m. Salvation Army Center of Hope (1255 N. Trade St, Winston-Salem)
    1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Shattalon Church of Christ (5490 Shattalon Drive, Winston-Salem)

+The School Health Alliance accepts most insurance. Also accepts uninsured via sliding scale.
*The Community Health Alliance sees only uninsured patients.
