• Specialty Referrals (such as cardiology, neurology, etc.)
• Laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Pharmacy services (no controlled medications available)
• Mental health, counseling, and behavioral health referrals
• Case management
• Addiction and recovery support (through our New Beginnings program)
• Outreach locations are available once a quarter in Oriental, Reelsboro, Arapahoe, Aurora, & New Bern

Days and hours of operation:

Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 10am-3pm

1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month: 10am-5pm

2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month: 11am-8pm

Eligibility guidelines:

Medical Clinic:

• Between the ages of 18-64
• Uninsured or underinsured
• Be a resident of Pamlico, Craven, or Beaufort County
• 300% of the Federal Poverty Level or less
